PC Woes

I'm sorry that I have to announce a TEMPORARY halt to these Dvrei Torah.  I've been experiencing major problems with my PC and I'm not sure whether it will be repairable.

WIPING MUDDY HANDS ON A HANDKERCHIEF

SEIF 11
The Tosefta writes that someone should not wipe his muddy hands on a handkerchief, like he would do during the week. Rather, he should wipe them on a horses's or cow's tail or on some rough material designated for picking up thorns. The Rambam writes that the prohibition stems from the concern that one may come to wash the handkerchief afterwards.

URINE

SEIF 10 (Cont.)
If urine fell on someone's clothes, Rabainu Tam permits one to wipe his wet hands on it. His intentions is not to wash it, rather to annul the status of the urine (by diluting it) in order to Daven. The Ri forbids this since it is also the way to wash clothes. (The Magen Avraham quotes the Sefer Chasidim that a person should not put a child on his lap unless he has some covering, so the baby should not leak on him.)
