EVED'S OBLIGATION TO GIVE HIMSELF A MILA

Does an Eved have an obligation to give himself a Mila? According to Tosfos that says it's a Mitzva Asei SheHazman Grama, so the Eved is not obligated, just like a woman. Even according to the Ritva, only if your doing the Mitzva on someone else would we say he might be obligated. But here, the Mitzva is on himself, so it's like all other Mitzvas Asei SheHazman Grama which he's exempt from.
But the Turei Evan has a different approach.

EVED AND HIS SON


 
The Rosh says in Bava Kama that Avadim are exempt from doing Mila on their sons. Since the Torah compares his obligations to a woman's, just like a woman is exempt, so is an Eved. This that he doesn't give the reason because that Avadim are not considered Meyuchis to their children, that he must hold that they're considered his sons. (We already discussed this concepts in P'ru Ur'vu)

WOMEN'S EXEMPTION

Women are exempt from performing Mila on her son. This is learnt from the Pasuk that commanded "him" which infers not "her". We already brought Tosfos that asks why do you need a Pasuk, women are anyhow exempt from a Mitzvas Asei SheHazman Grama?
